Seima brings valuable experience from her previous role as a Administrative Assistant Support Manager, followed by working as a Learning Support Assistant for a primary school. She has recently joined the Institute Administration team and is keen to support the Maths Hub, drawing on her existing skills while remaining highly motivated to learn and develop new ones.
