Carrie is an Assistant Maths Hub Lead for the Boolean Maths Hub and has been involved in the Maths Hub Programme since it began. She has been a secondary maths teacher for 27 years and for much of that time her focus has been on maths leadership. Carrie believes in empowering others so that teachers, as part of a collaborative team, provide meaningful and effective learning experiences for all children. She is particularly invested in the Subject Leader and Maths MAT Leads communities and is passionate about giving maths teachers at the start of their career the best training opportunities and supporting the collaboration between ITT providers across the region. Carrie is the Senior Network Leader of Mathematics across the Cabot Learning Federation.
